We partner with colleges and universities to equip students with practical knowledge, leadership skills, strategies, and tools to build strong professional foundations and prepare for future opportunities. Founder, Tree of Life
Jennifer Hughley
Jennifer Hughley is the Founder of Tree of Life and the driving force behind Leadership Enterprise Development Group LLC. She brings an 18-year background in education, a 17-year background in working with families and communities, a 10-year background working with individuals with disabilities, and an 8-year background in social services and workforce development.
Over 12 years she built a nonprofit organization from the ground up — developing a 20,000 square foot facility, engineering a full transportation strategy to ensure access to services across the state of Georgia, leading staff into excellence, and building the systems, guidelines, and procedures. Her leadership strengthened the organization’s capacity to serve approximately 1000s of students annually across multiple communities. Jennifer now brings this real-world experience to Leadership Enterprise Group LLC to educate, encourage, and prepare the next generation of college leaders and entrepreneurs.
She is a graduate of Columbus State University (BA), Troy University (MPA), and Ashford University (MEA). Her academic foundation, combined with decades of hands-on community work, positions her as a uniquely qualified leader in the nonprofit, social services, and leadership development space.
She has a passion for helping others achieve success. Tree of Life is not just a career — it is her God-given purpose to connect each and every participant to the proper tools to reach their goals.
